Watch out for gardenxl.co

Watch out for gardenxl.co . It looks like gardenxl.com but it is different. No way to contact them directly, no phone, no reponses to e-mail messages. Do not pay any money to them. Suspect is DE-webshops in Oosterhout, Holland.

Bedriegers

Ik informeerde of het bedrijf kon leveren in Belgie. Dat was geen probleem. Ik bestelde enkele goederen, samen met een lidmaatschap, omdat dat volgens TFS goedkoper was. Na 2 weken bleek de levering naar België toch onmogelijk. Ik kreeg geen hulp om uit te vissen wat er fout ging. Na een paar weken kreeg ik maar een deel van mijn geld terug. Het lidmaatschap werd achtergehouden, omdat ik daar goederen goedkoper mee besteld had. Maar ik heb die nooit gekregen. Nu maanden later heb ik nog steeds niet al mijn centen teruggekregen, ik krijg zelfs geen antwoord meer op mijn berichten. Nooit meer voor mij.

Update: as usual TFS posts a reaction that suggests that someone is going to look after the issue. When you answer, nothing further happens. It's a purely cosmetic answer, nothing useful. That is my experience from the past. You see the same answer at other negative posts. Such a pitty.

Complete disaster

I wanted to order from Belgium on 10 august 2022, so I asked in advance if that would be a problem. I would not ; 'Yes, we do deliver to Belgium'. So I confirmed my order and paid 164,06 euro by creditcard. I received a tracking code and saw my packet travelling to Birmingham, instead of Belgium. Back and forth, several times. I contacted the customer service repeatedly, but they said they couldn't do anything for me. I just had to wait for the packet to return to them, and then they would pay me back. I got no news for weeks. And now I get an e-mail that I would get no more then 145,56 euro back. Huh ? So they invoice me 19 euro for their own incompetence, that is not being able to write down an international address ? I will complain about this theft too, but probably nobody will be able to do anything for me. Sounds like a company with a smell.

Mijn bestelling kon vlot doorgegeven…

Mijn bestelling kon vlot doorgegeven worden via de website, de betaling verliep probleemloos, er zijn meerdere mogelijkheden beschikbaar om te betalen. Mijn order kwam al de volgende dag toe. Het hele proces was transparant en verliep zoals verwacht en gewenst. Voor mij een aanrader. Peter
