We are saddened to hear that.
Besides, we do mention very clearly on the website our custom procedures in our terms and conditions but also, twice in the basket section, before the order finalization, confirming that Smallable refunds custom fees as soon as you can provide us the invoice or payment receipt. Plus, since the Brexit was established, we added a coloured window for our UK customers to also confirm that custom fees are refunded for this destination too. We are sorry you have not noticed them.
Nevertheless, I am really sorry our Return policy does not fit your expectations. Our team is currently thinking about solutions to make our customers' return easier to process from abroad. Indeed, we recently worked on our logistics, and then our shipping prices, and the return process will be on the roadmap soon.
