Ordered cycle lock online

Ordered cycle lock online. Delivery to nearest store was 6 days, delivery to home address, next day. I chose home delivery. No next day delivery, no info from Halfords as to why not. I tried online chat to find out what was happening and was told it would take up to 48 hours to find out? Tried to cancel order and was told I'd have to wait until the lock was delivered, then return it for a refund. Lock turned up 5 days after ordering. Decided to keep the lock as too much hassle to get a refund. Shoddy customer service from Halfords means they've lost a future customer, both in store and online.
