First order directly from this company and looks to be my last. Ordered cycle helmet for a Christmas present. Package was delivered 20 Dec and the box did not look the correct size for a helmet. On opening the box, I found a pair of flat soles cycling shoes. Now I have the inconvenience of trying to get a refund and I still have to sort out the present. Thanks a lot Endura.

Purchased a bike lock for a very good price. The lock is great, just what I was after. The transaction was spoilt by a very slow delivery by the courier, supposed to be a next day delivery which ended up taking 5 days even though the package arrived at the local depot a day after dispatch. So 5 stars for the purchase, 1 star for delivery.

Purchased from them several times and not had any problems. Good prices and fast delivery.

I recently placed 3 separate orders, 2 for spare keys and 1 for a lock with an offer of a spare sleeve included. 1 set of keys, I've heard nothing, order placed 21/07/2023. 1 set of keys has apparently been sent to but has failed to arrive. The lock has been received minus the spare sleeve.

So far not good, I await a satisfactory outcome, but with 3 orders and 3 problems it's not looking promising.

The keys that were sent out have eventually arrived, so happy with 1 of the 3 orders.

Issues with these orders have been rectified now, thank you. I have changed the rating to 4 stars from 2 stars accordingly.

Self service tills only when I've got a trolley of shopping, no I don't get paid to operate a checkout. Also, who's bright idea to put the staff smoking area where the cycle stands are, disgusting. I don't want to breathe other peoples tobacco or vape smoke! Aldi customer service is way below par.

Ordered cycle lock online. Delivery to nearest store was 6 days, delivery to home address, next day. I chose home delivery. No next day delivery, no info from Halfords as to why not. I tried online chat to find out what was happening and was told it would take up to 48 hours to find out? Tried to cancel order and was told I'd have to wait until the lock was delivered, then return it for a refund. Lock turned up 5 days after ordering. Decided to keep the lock as too much hassle to get a refund. Shoddy customer service from Halfords means they've lost a future customer, both in store and online.

Having read good reviews I decided to try them for a Casio watch. It took about a week to arrive, but it turned up no problems. Based on this experience, I'll order again when I see something I like.

The watch I ordered is great, been looking to get this for a few months. The click and collect, rubbish! I'll certainly think twice about ordering from Very again, and certainly won't be using the particular click and collect store again.

Ordered a bike lock a day before the 4 day Jubilee weekend and received it 5 days later. Wasn't expecting that, thought maybe middle of the week. Pleased with the lock, diamond rated, for the best price I could find.

The G-Shock I wanted at the best price I could find. Even though I ordered just after their 4pm deadline for next day delivery, I received the watch around 16 1/2 hours later. Nice watch to add to my G-Shock collection.

Happy with the new dehumidifier purchased, a different brand from previously, but better specified and costing less. So far doing a great job. Time will tell on reliability. Delivery did take around a week though, so knocked a star off the overall score.
