Great customer service and support. Better to do online as unfortunately calling by phone can take some time. Recent call was waiting for 25mins before customer service answered. They settle your claim quickly and you're not charged excess everytime for ongoing claim, like some insurers. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
