My elderly father had a upvc door replaced under his house insurance. Evander dealt with the claim from start to finish. They initially sent round a contractor to carry out a temporary repair before a full replacement was ordered. Tammy kept us informed all the way and they were able to replace the door ahead of schedule. The two men who carried out the work did so professionally and to a high standard. They were clean and tidy throughout the job. A big thank you again and would thoroughly recommend.

Great customer service and support. Better to do online as unfortunately calling by phone can take some time. Recent call was waiting for 25mins before customer service answered. They settle your claim quickly and you're not charged excess everytime for ongoing claim, like some insurers. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Ordered La-Z-boy Corner sofa with power recliner, thoroughly recommend. Service from SCS start to finish was superb. Delivery was on date we wanted and fortunately 1st one of the morning. Brad and Jordan the delivery guys were excellent. Because of limited access to our road they had to unload the lorry further up the road. Delivered with care and professionalism. Respectful of property. Built sofa and tested and removed all packaging from property, so no need to fill my own bins. The lads were polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend. I've used SCS before and they don't disappoint. 👍🏻

I have an ongoing claim for Basil who has been diagnosed with Kidney Disease. 1st part of the claim from a week ago is still under review. The second part of the claim of which I filled in last night has already been payed into my account, so the following morning, minus the excess of course. Still waiting on the first part of the claim. Otherwise service seems to be so far very responsive.

Very pleased and relatively easy to install for DIYers...unless you really want to pay a chippy to do it for you. Will definitely recommend and order again from this site.
