No service from customer services
I ordered and received a coat as a Christmas gift for my wife.
Upon opening the gift on Christmas day my wife was disappointed with the quality and feel of the fabric.
I then proceeded to register my claim for a refund and complete the online returns form.
This I was unable to do as I had no delivery note to refer to.
I then called customer services, within to time limit given for returns, and explained that I had no Delivery note and was told that they would send one in the post to enable my return.
No return label has been received and I have sent 2 emails requesting the same, 1st on 31st Jan., and the 2nd on the 5th Feb.----- No reply.
