No service from customer services

I ordered and received a coat as a Christmas gift for my wife.
Upon opening the gift on Christmas day my wife was disappointed with the quality and feel of the fabric.
I then proceeded to register my claim for a refund and complete the online returns form.
This I was unable to do as I had no delivery note to refer to.
I then called customer services, within to time limit given for returns, and explained that I had no Delivery note and was told that they would send one in the post to enable my return.
No return label has been received and I have sent 2 emails requesting the same, 1st on 31st Jan., and the 2nd on the 5th Feb.----- No reply.

I`m only sorry that I can`t give this…

I`m only sorry that I can`t give this company a minus score.
This issue has been dragging on for 2 months and I`m still waiting for a reply. my wife turned up for a spa day which had been booked by buyagift, (as the code was not working), only to be told that they had no record of the reservation. They have apologised and sent a gift of wine and chocolates but now nothing!. Voucher ref;10540755-BUY24444102

Following the reply to my first review I have now emailed twice as requested and am still awaiting a reply!
I am now seriously concerned about the solvency of this company.

Customer service huh?

Logged on to the website to use my voucher only to be told that the code was invalid. I then checked several times with the same result. When I then contacted Buyagift, (by email as that was the only option), I was
sent an email saying that my query would be dealt with in about 10 days!.
Not the kind of customer service I expected.

This company does not have a clue about…

This company does not have a clue about customer service or goodwill.
The products received were just not of the quality expected of a brand name like Suttons.
Then you find the same products, (at the time of delivery) heavily discounted.
I mean ,please do not expect any customer loyalty from me or anyone treated in the same manner.

They don`t have a clue.
My previous review resulted in an apology and a promise to refund the amount plus carriage costs.
The refund was for 1 lot of super plugs when I had explained that the second batch had not been received and no carriage credit.
My complaint also referred to the fact that the grafted tomato plants that I ordered and paid £11.99 for were now being advertised at £4.99, this they denied.
I then went back to their web site and, sure enough, they were there at £4.99.
Now, over a week later, the tomato plants are not doing at all well and I believe that I shall have to replace them.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed, Only 1 stock plants vintage received and not in great condition. The plugs were loose and some missing and others empty, out of 45 I have just about 30 to plant. The tomatoes "Belriccio" have not been delivered and they are no longer available on your web catalogue.
To add insult to injury I am receiving email offers from you advertising my purchases at much reduced prices!!.
To compensate and retain me as a customer I request and require the following;
Cancel my order for "Belriccio", and the remaining stock plants, Credit my CC with this and the difference in price of the tomatoes plants i.e.
Grafted Shirley, paid £11.99 Reduced price £4.99 Difference £7.00
Grafted Moneymaker, paid £11.99 Reduced price £5.99 Diff. £6.00
" Crimson blush " £11.99 " " £4.99 " £7.00
Plus a reduction for the stock plants received, money for cancelled Belriccio" and stock plant orders.

Thank you for your review. We can see that the Belriccio Tomatoes are not on your order and you have not been charged for these plants. We are sorry your Stock Plants were delivered damaged and we have arranged a refund for these plants and for the carriage charge. The difference in the price of the tomato plants you list are for different quantities. You have ordered the 3 Super Plugs for each variety and these have been sent to you. The tomatoes for £4.99 are for a single potted plant delivered in May. If you wish to amend your order please call our Customer Service Team direct.

I believed that I would receive £60 off…

I believed that I would receive £60 off my last booking only to find out that I had to spend £400 to qualify.
This was not made clear in your promotional e-mail and I feel cheated.
What I suggest you do is credit me half that amount as my booking came to over £200.

The person on the other end was trying to handle too many queeries.
If that person had read my initial e-mail there would / could have been a solution immediately.
It took so long I just gave up.
