Slow delivery and shit customer service

Took nearly 2 weeks for my order of non prescription cat food to arrive. I tried to call customer services a few times but a recorded message told me the lines were busy and to call back, then hang up on me! Tried to contact Animed Direct on social media, was completely ignored. Their customer service is worse than poor!

Hi Beth, thanks for your response (albeit, 7 days later). I left a comment on an Instagram reel that was posted by Animed Direct “Episode 2 of Hank Nose Best”.

Good Afternoon Emma,
I am sorry to hear that you have had reason to be unhappy with the handling of your order. I do sincerely apologise for the delays and if it has been difficult to reach us. Our customer service team have been seeing a significantly higher volume of calls at the moment due to regulation changes and have been working hard to try and respond to each customer but we do understand how frustrating this has been. Would you please be able to confirm the social media you attempted to contact us on as I cannot seem to locate any messages. I do apologise once again and am glad to see that the order has shipped. Please let me know if there is anything we can do.
