Majority of the 1star reviews on here are not even about Parkvets in Sidcup, who are amazing albeit expensive but top standard vets and nurses who keep patient care a priority.

Took nearly 2 weeks for my order of non prescription cat food to arrive. I tried to call customer services a few times but a recorded message told me the lines were busy and to call back, then hang up on me! Tried to contact Animed Direct on social media, was completely ignored. Their customer service is worse than poor!

Hi Beth, thanks for your response (albeit, 7 days later). I left a comment on an Instagram reel that was posted by Animed Direct “Episode 2 of Hank Nose Best”.

Good choice of products, easy checkout process, next day delivery at no extra cost, delivered on time!

Delivery time was good. Condition of the book was very poor. As it was meant to be a gift for someone, that wasn’t really acceptable!

If it wasn't for the fact that MG produce such nice clothes, I would quite simply, never order from them again. My experience was, to say the least, disappointing. With a standard 3-5 working day delivery, Royal Mail, who MG use as couriers, text me saying they couldn't find my address so I had to rearrange a delivery. When my order finally arrived 13 days later, only 2 out of the 4 items that I had ordered (and been charged for) were in the package. I had to tweet MG help (who were genuinely very helpful) to ask where 50% of my order was, to which they replied that 2 items were out of stock and a refund would go into my account in the next week or so. A week after tweeting, I received an email from MG confirming the out of stock items and refund process. The money did go back into my account within the time stated to me. I just found it displeasing that I had to investigate.
