My sons case leader. Jodie McMahon, understood the level of complexity and compassion due to it being a child’s case and never took things at too much of a fast pace, she kept me entirely up to date and overall fab 👍🏼 unlike my own case leader(s), our accident was on the 04/01 and I still haven’t had any sort of compensation even the 3 car seats that needed replacing was never re Imbursed! I had teeth out due to the RTA and still haven’t got no where… I even had a mis-carriage early on in pregnancy. 3 weeks after the accident, unfortunately it cannot be scientifically proved that the RTA caused miscarriage however despite knowing this I was pretty much dragged into going to a specialist, we’ll fight your case … I have had nothing but before this handler, rubbish case handlers who have sent me on goose chase appointments up and down the country and I’m still at a loss even after the other party accepting full liability.. so not happy overall. But 10/10 for Jodie she was fab x
