MESOTHELIOMA CASE WON
Excellent Solicitors.They acted for us on a Mesothelioma case for our dad.Our case started in Oct24 and Chris Briggs acted for us.Very professional, thorough kept us up to date at all times with the development and progress .Our dad was very poorly at the start of the case but Chris was so patient and visited my dads home to build the case with him, taking notes.Very emotional at times, the conditions my dad was expected to work in.We won our case in Jan26.Sadly our dad is no longer here to see justice has been done. Can't thank Chris and his p.a Joanne enough.My dad would be very thankful and pleased with the outcome had he still been with us.

My sons case leader
My sons case leader. Jodie McMahon, understood the level of complexity and compassion due to it being a child’s case and never took things at too much of a fast pace, she kept me entirely up to date and overall fab 👍🏼 unlike my own case leader(s), our accident was on the 04/01 and I still haven’t had any sort of compensation even the 3 car seats that needed replacing was never re Imbursed! I had teeth out due to the RTA and still haven’t got no where… I even had a mis-carriage early on in pregnancy. 3 weeks after the accident, unfortunately it cannot be scientifically proved that the RTA caused miscarriage however despite knowing this I was pretty much dragged into going to a specialist, we’ll fight your case … I have had nothing but before this handler, rubbish case handlers who have sent me on goose chase appointments up and down the country and I’m still at a loss even after the other party accepting full liability.. so not happy overall. But 10/10 for Jodie she was fab x

Successful claim for contracting mesothelioma from asbestos exposure
We approached Slater and Gordon regarding a claim my father wished to make for contracting mesothelioma from asbestos exposure. Throughout the process my father was supported and and given clear explanations regarding his options. I felt the discussions with him were handled sensitively given he has a life limiting condition. Throughout the process I felt our solicitor was wholly focused on obtaining the best out come for my father. He was pleased with the settlement that the solicitor obtained for him which will allow him to afford the support and care that he wants in the future.
