B&q wednesbury are useless, low on stock most of the time. I went there for a cutting disc and they didn't have any so I asked an assistant if bilston had any and he said yes bilston has 5 on the shelf. Guess what happened ! When I got to bilston they didn't have any either. B&q stock control is a joke and trying to find an assistant is difficult. And your point of sale tills are rubbish and slow. Give me a job I could improve the place 😆

I recently sold my Nord Grand but wanted a cheap keyboard to use as a midi controller, so I opted for a Casio pxs1000.
Music room posted it and I received it very quickly and it was an amazing price. I'm using it with pianoteq and keyscape so I'm really happy.

Ordered a B stock Nord electro 6d so I expected maybe No box/instructions or even light cosmetic damage, But when it arrived the chassis was actually bent on the front rail leading to the very back chassis and a key was broke and side cheek damage. After a argumentative telephone call I gave up and Pmt gave me £50 cash back, Totally unacceptable but you live and learn. Never again. And this is the second issue I have had with delivery and Pmt in the last 6 month.
NOTE "Yes PMT did offer an exchange but they didn't have the item in stock and they wanted more cash and I wasn't offered an alternative item" Pmt you stink and now you come on here and poorly defend yourself, Shame on you.
Customer service is everything and I gave up dealing with you guys/girls.

Was a member of Amazon for quite a while and spent alot of money with them Until one day I ordered a phone and when I received the order the box was damaged and the phone had been replaced with a cheap item.
I notified Amazon straight away but got treated like I stole the phone etc. I'm very angry and deleted Amazon shortly afterwards. Terrible customer service. So be aware people Amazon isn't the place to order luxury items from.Once Bitten twice shy.
