The Product did not function the way it did in the advertisement and although the company were responsive they disagreed, even with photographic evidence that they were wrong and refused to refund any more than 30% of the purchase price. I am disappointed they could not accept that they were in the wrong. It also took over 10 weeks to get a 30% refund for a product which cost me £44.
