The product in itself is great but the customer service leaves a bit to be desired. I complained about the lack of tracking once the filter had reached Heathrow. The agent didn't read my email properly (the filter had already arrived) and said they would "let me collect it from Royal Mail and get an explanation from them".
Didn't feel the love put it that way!
