Very misleading images and website re: size of the pot of furniture cream. It is tiny and in the images it looks much bigger.
No matter how good or bad the cream, will never buy again.

First wreath from amazon, the string broke and the whole wreath broke into 3 pieces. Second one holding better on a metal wreath hanger but bits still keep falling off and I don't slam my front door at all. I expected better quality.

Very reluctant to tell me WHERE boots have to be returned to if they don't fit. I am wary of ordering clothes or shoes from China cos cost of return often exceeds purchase price!!! Shame cos the boots look nice...

The product in itself is great but the customer service leaves a bit to be desired. I complained about the lack of tracking once the filter had reached Heathrow. The agent didn't read my email properly (the filter had already arrived) and said they would "let me collect it from Royal Mail and get an explanation from them".
Didn't feel the love put it that way!

I love the concept of this product and I think it makes my water taste better. I was a bit let down however by the quality of the User Guide; being a professional technical writer I tend to expect excellence however!

It wasn't made clear at time of purchase that sports bras cannot be returned. It is one line way down the website. To return the bras would have cost way more than the purchase price anyway back to China. In the end I managed to get a 25% refund for bras that don't fit and are useless. Never dealing with them again...

Shame that glass bottles are disappearing but I understand why. I have ordered 48 to keep me going for a long time! Love the lager and the pale ale.

Scam, spent £18 on a popup greyhound card and now the site and all record of it have disappeared! Grrrrrrr

No matter how good or bad a product is, it is unethical to show images with a full size bottle and then sell 100ml bottles!! People's brains will assume that they are getting 3 full size bottles regardless of whether it states 100ml or not (which it does)! No idea why the company sells such small bottles anyway...

I really like both this company and my new toothbrush. It is quiet, has haptic sounds for brushing intervals and a no-nonsense design. I really love the magnetic clip so my toothbrush can live on the side of my bathroom cabinet out of the way!

Lovely planet-friendly duvets that don't compromise on quality! I have two recycled feather and down ones and they are fantastic.
