Very quick to take your cash for clothing that looks great in the images but is made from very cheap fabrics and wildly overpriced. When you request a return they ignore you. Investigating legal recourse.

Easy to invest a small amount in a company I wanted to support. Their products are great and I hope they expand. Time will tell if I make a little cash back on my investment...

I had to return an item as it wasn't what I needed and I got very good service and a fast refund.

I have tried more than one of these ethical deodorant companies but I may actually stick with this one! The deodorant is fine with sensitive skin, not thick when applied and communications are good. The only tiny comment I have is to make bottom pad of the case of the item a wee bit wider so it doesn't keep falling over when you are in a hurry!

I wish all companies were like this! I got prescription sunglasses for less than £30, prompt answer to my pre-sales query and fast delivery of a quality product! All round fantastic!

I had a course of 6 CBT sessions with ieso (via the t). These sessions augmented other therapies I was having at the time and was very useful. It was also great to be able to keep the transcriptions of each session for further work on my own afterwards. My therapist was very kind, considerate, professional and sensitive.

My top and delivery are ok but why oh why can't ALL new customers get offered 25% off on their first order? Not all of us can have or want a flexi account. Or you should offer more ways to pay including Clearpay.
My first order would have been a lot bigger if I could have had 25% off...now you have biased me against you as a new customer and that isn't a good start is it?

I had been trying to find a pair of trainers which did NOT have an integrated top half/tongue at a reasonable price. Found them on JD Sports and they arrived quickly. Very pleased with them.
