First time order “ rush order “ $40/ deck , a month later , still not finish, try to call and email them super slow respond and not responsible ( excuses ), bad customer service . If you can’t do rush order don’t put on website, we need it ASAP … just wasting time to deal with them.

The customer ordered custom printed skateboards from our expedited product option category page. Then added custom printed grip tape that is not possible for fast shipping to the same order. The expedited product category page clearly states that adding other products that are not labeled express will void the fast turnaround.
We have never offered or allowed custom grip tape to be rushed or shipped out faster than our estimated ship times posted on our site.

Then we get an email from the customer asking us to add a top logo print, high concave aka Steep, 3 stain color ply, twin tip shape and also have us provide additional video of the making or printing process of his order.
Top logo printing is not offered anywhere on our site for purchase.
3 stain ply is not offered anywhere on our site for purchase.
Twin tip shape is not offered as an express fast shipping.
Steep concave is not offered for express shipping.

Then we get a email that makes us wonder if he even considers us human at all.
So we offered a refund and get this it took 12 days to get a reply asking for a refund in all CAPS!
