Exceeded my expectations!! Lovely people, super helpful team. Helped me with every step every problem! I designed my own skateboard and it turned out beautifully! I have nothing wrong to say about this company!!

Travis and Jess are the definition of what American, homegrown businesses should strive to be. I placed an order with a two-week turnaround, only realizing afterward that their site notes custom orders can take 3–4 weeks. I called to check, and Travis answered right away, reassuring me he’d have it finished on time. I live about an hour away, so I drove up two weeks later and picked it up without issue.

Every time I called, someone answered immediately. With service like that, you’d assume they had a full staff, but it’s just Travis, his wife Jess, and one part-timer. The level of care they put into their work made the entire experience genuinely refreshing. Thank you, Travis and Jess, for restoring my faith in American-owned small businesses. I look forward to ordering from you again.

This company does great quality work at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with the product, order was taking a little longer than expected but after reaching out to the company the owner pushed my order through so it would be set up for delivery that week, very worth the wait!

Travis and Jessica are the best. The order came in exactly the quoted time and was better than we ever expected. We’ve skated them and hung some on the wall, they look amazing and they are 100% quality. We’ve already placed another order and I can’t wait to get a long board. I have been a returning customer since I first ordered in 2020. We’re almost 6 years strong as of now 🤝 Hands down best variety of blank decks to choose from, clean UI program to create your design submissions, and THE MOST spotless and professional finished decks you could ask for. They also quality check your boards to make sure the printing & application process has gone smoothly. Not only can you follow along the progress of your order on the website, if you need to get into contact they have always answered me promptly.

For those of you here mentioning a time frame on your order submission vs. completion date: This company literally gets multiple thousands of orders in between my deck runs. As a local USA manufacturer of the boards and your custom graphics (yes, top to bottom in-house operation)… submit your designs and GET IN LINE. Practice needed patience for your minuscule 1-4 board order. Consider yourself lucky there isn’t a minimum order quantity. These are accessible to everyone. They churn these suckers out with perfection. Don't hesitate to order with confidence.

First time order “ rush order “ $40/ deck , a month later , still not finish, try to call and email them super slow respond and not responsible ( excuses ), bad customer service . If you can’t do rush order don’t put on website, we need it ASAP … just wasting time to deal with them.

This company was great on my first small order of 4 boards. Fast Forward to my second order or 10 boards and it has been a laughable 3+ month debacle full of excuses and errors. From no communication for 2 months, to me initiating follow-up only to be told production would start that week, 2 weeks later nothing and another email sent. Response was an apology due to family issues. I get it, small business it happens. Commitment was to be shipped by that Friday. 3 weeks later nothing. Emailed again but this time to cancel if order is not complete and shipping anytime soon (Meanwhile they have had my money the entire time). Promised that it would be out. Get a shipment notification that it was sent. Received like 5 days later. Never opened the boards due to other obligations for a few days. Then I get an email from the company asking if I received the wrong shipment. I then went and opened them only to find out that they sent me someone elses...lol. Then they have the audacity to ask me if they can have them picked up the next day and that mine would ship out asap. WHAT? Do not trust them at this point, seems as if the business is in trouble in more ways then one.

I purchased a couple of boards to check out print and board quality. Unfortunately, I had some hiccups, but based on the response I received from the owner regarding it all, I can tell that it's ran by someone who cares about their product and customers. They went beyond what was expected and I hope to do much more business with them in the future.

Tbh the best custom service I’ve ever received. It seems like they actually care about you and they give reply’s back every day. I thought their prices were bad until I realized that was the shipping, I feel like their prices are really good, even as a broke skater. I really appreciate them for their patience and kindness.

I was very pleased with the boards I ordered they look great the graphic was spot on. I ordered 2 boards skated one for about 2 months I’m 200lb i skate pretty hard and leave my board in the hot car a lot and don’t care about puddles lol and it’s been holding up great!

Got my custom deck in a month as described in the email I received after purchase. The deck is great. Nose is large and round, and the tail has a quick snap. Perfect for 52mm wheels and up. I got the medium concave deck with my custom design. Correspondence was A+. Was able to change my shipping address during production, which helped me out tremendously because I had just moved to a new home. The Instagram manager is a very nice and caring person who always responds promptly. I will be buying my custom decks exclusively through this American-made brand. Thank you, guys. Stay awesome

I ordered 3 decks with 3 different design and I couldn't be more stoked how they turned out!!! The price was super reasonable and worth the wait. People are already freaking out how good they look from my Instagram. I am 100% ordering more from these guys, they are amazing at what they do!!

Absolutely amazing quality deck, I was contacted and updated whenever something was happening, amazing customer service, and the image I had printed is pristine. Absolute 10/10 for sure!

I got my favorite design of my favorite anime on the deck and I love the board! great quality, I've been using it for a month and its strong and feels just like any professional grade deck from your local skate shop. It has a beautiful pop and feels nice. High quality Print! just make sure you send a high quality image! The print can only be as good quality as the design you send in.

I started a small business during spring of 2020. I placed an order in June and read the shipping and production time-frame provided. Though it is a little bit of a wait. After receiving my boards I can say I'm 100% happy.

I've must of called the shop at least 20 times to discuss placement, resolution, and quality and every one of my questions were answered. I'm impressed on how patient they were with me sometimes answering the same questions multiple times giving me the piece of mind I needed. The boards came in and my customers love the quality of the board and the graphic. I can say without a doubt customskateboards.com will be my manufacturer for the foreseeable future.

Oh and I forgot.... it's made in the USA.

You wanna talk price?....AMAZING...hand made boards and you design all the crazy stuff you want for less then a mall board...
You wanna talk about shipping? They gave me a tracking DAYSSSSS ahead of when it would reach me...
You wanna talk friendly and great staff? I KaReN emailed them like crazy...i wanted pictures of the process THEY SENT ME A LINK TO A VIDEO SHOWING ME WHERE MY TIME WENT...i emailed them about production...THEY GAVE ME WORRY FREE SERVICE LIKE THE GODS THOSE EMAIL REPS ARE!

Are you not satisfied with greatest?".....this has been my absolute favorite thing to write since my boards arrive...in the smallest,more supported and padded then actually expected package and i saw my crazy detailed dream rides...I IT WAS LIKE...a serious longingly dropped into my lap like a fantasy dream, EVEN SMELLING FRESH)
