I didn’t receive some items and it’s been way over 2-3 weeks and no resolution. My parcel arrived damaged and I still haven’t received replacements or refunds. Customer services don’t even respond much and when they do reply it’s with the same automated responses and then telling me they need more time to investigate! How does it take 3 weeks!!! I want my money back for my damaged order, missing goods and the length of time I’ve spent chasing this up and having little response. The customer services is rubbish, just an email as contact. No number to call.
