Soo, I placed an order on SHEIN more than a month ago and the order was “delivered” about 3 weeks ago. I left instructions with Evri for each parcel “that were shipped in parts” not to leave them anywhere but to deliver to myself only, as there are no safe places. Instructions ignored and they were left outside my property. Both times I was home for delivery but no knock or anything from the courier. The delivery times were for 7pm-9pm but was marked as delivered at 4am the next day 😑, I was asleep in bed! Why is Evri even delivering at that time??! So going back and forth with SHEIN all till now to get my money back, they have refused a refund 4 times now even though I have provided all email receipts from Evri stating themselves were in the wrong for not following my delivery instructions and to contact SHEIN for a refund! They have said because my order was delivered they can’t refund me. They are thieves, bloody scumbags and I want my money back!

I didn’t receive some items and it’s been way over 2-3 weeks and no resolution. My parcel arrived damaged and I still haven’t received replacements or refunds. Customer services don’t even respond much and when they do reply it’s with the same automated responses and then telling me they need more time to investigate! How does it take 3 weeks!!! I want my money back for my damaged order, missing goods and the length of time I’ve spent chasing this up and having little response. The customer services is rubbish, just an email as contact. No number to call.

Please go to Streatham hill Superdrug to get your brows done ladies! Before I started going here my brows were thin, now I have been going here for nearly 2 years and my brows are fuller than ever! Please ask for Talat whenever you pop in this store for a beauty treatment! 😁😊.
