Hi Jo- Thanks for taking the time to leave this review! We want to provide our members with a safe space in which they can get a great workout in and do so, in a clean and friendly environment. We do our very best to provide a wide range of classes, so that members have a variety of ways to workout and also do so, in a short amount of time, as we understand some members are crunched for time or just prefer shorter (but effective) workouts.
