Didnt even have the courtesy to ring me back to let me know if they'd take on my case, after having given all the harrowing details at length to the call handler (who didnt seem to know much about anything) and despite my situation mirroring the misdiagnosis and negligence example on their website, that they claim to be experts in, but quite clearly aren't.
