Login issue
I had an issue where I didn't realise my phone didn't update to the new app making it impossible for me to login.
Gemma was very helpful as I was convinced all was ok on my side (it clearly wasn't).
It was resolved within a few hours once the issue was raised with their IT team.
Their chat line is unlike others where you have to go through a lot of automatic questions before speaking to someone. After a few general questions I was able to select "speak to an agent" which is amazing as if not it would have been a frustrating experience.
