This is my second time using the chat and Gemma was very helpful with updating my direct debit due to high credit.
It was very quick to be redirected to an advisor and all was sorted within 10 minutes.

I had an issue where I didn't realise my phone didn't update to the new app making it impossible for me to login.
Gemma was very helpful as I was convinced all was ok on my side (it clearly wasn't).
It was resolved within a few hours once the issue was raised with their IT team.
Their chat line is unlike others where you have to go through a lot of automatic questions before speaking to someone. After a few general questions I was able to select "speak to an agent" which is amazing as if not it would have been a frustrating experience.
