I am not thankful enough to the greatest And the only one Donna Rose, she is just like her surname Rose 🌹.

I would like to go just a bit in to my long long story that laste 4 years and 1 month long.
My case was that I got hit by some thieves with the stolen car and they smashed my car into pieces and got injured bad at that time.
From my own insurance I was given a courtesy car For over 7 month because they wouldn’t answer or give me Any update on wants going on with my car.
When they finally answer they returned my write off Car and they took back the one I was driving.
But later one I was emailed and called by rental company asking for the payment of over 7 months because my insurance weren’t paying them so they came back to me to pay that debt.
I was dealing enough with my injuries now had to deal with this sh*t aswell .

Donna Rose 🌹 she was amazing, she managed to calm me down I was in depression she managed to make me feel secure that I won’t pay anything from my pocket and she did.
It took long but at the end of all I’m grateful that I had the chance to be handled by Donna Rose.
