I went through a laborious onboarding process which took significantly longer than it should have done. The lady, Nosi was repeating every thing back to me and it was very confusing because I had to keep repeating myself. I uploaded all of my evidence through whatsapp as requested and then had another long conversation telling me they wouldn't take my case, however wouldn't tell me why. Nosi told me to check their guidelines on the website, it would have been helpful to have been given a clear reason. A very frustrating experience.
