Unhelpful and Rude MEET AND GREET .
We arrived a day early and stayed overnight in hotel.The ship Balmoral had an outbreak of Nora virus which resulted in us being told we would be boarding approx 4 hours later than we arranged.we rung Azure parking asking if we could rearrange drop off time,there response was No.On return we were told to phone half hour before dissenbarking.We did that but because we were held back due to being isolated we were the last ones to leave ship.again we phoned Azure explaining why we were going to be late there response was just nip off the ship and get your keys as we can’t have someone waiting for you we have cars to move.When we got to pickup point we rung again only to be told we would have to wait until we can get someone to come and give you your keys.When this scruffy guy arrived he said we should have rung stating the time we were going to be there.We had done just that.He told us that that’s not true as his manager said we had not
rung,threw the keys at us and disappeared.VERY POOR NEVER AGAIN.
