Used Cruise Azure several times. Recent experience was excellent. You simply drop off the bags then a short drive to the short term parking and the hand over is smooth, fast and efficient. This time it was for a 75 night trip. Collection was simple and easy and they couldn’t be more helpful when the destination gate changed. Highly recommended.

This was the first time we had booked with Cruise Azure Parking and what a fantastic experience. First of all booking was straightforward and the price was much cheaper than parking off site. When we arrived after being delayed we were met by a lovely member of staff and handed over the keys after the vehicle check. The location of the drop off is straight opposite the terminal building which was awesome. Previously we had endured waiting for and cramming in to a shuttle bus when we have been on a previous cruise. On our return we telephoned to say that we were disembarking the ship and the member of staff confirmed the car was waiting for us. When we arrived again the member of staff was lovely. I highly recommend this amazing company and will definitely use them again without question.

Very good service, everything went really smoothly, disembarked a couple of hours early, rang to see if they could get me my car two hours early and sure enough it was there within 15 minutes, absolutely brilliant service, will be using cruise azure again in September..

After taking advice and using Cruise Azure parking on our first cruise from Southampton. Why change when we had such excellent service previously.
It was not a one off, they excelled again.

We arrived a day early and stayed overnight in hotel.The ship Balmoral had an outbreak of Nora virus which resulted in us being told we would be boarding approx 4 hours later than we arranged.we rung Azure parking asking if we could rearrange drop off time,there response was No.On return we were told to phone half hour before dissenbarking.We did that but because we were held back due to being isolated we were the last ones to leave ship.again we phoned Azure explaining why we were going to be late there response was just nip off the ship and get your keys as we can’t have someone waiting for you we have cars to move.When we got to pickup point we rung again only to be told we would have to wait until we can get someone to come and give you your keys.When this scruffy guy arrived he said we should have rung stating the time we were going to be there.We had done just that.He told us that that’s not true as his manager said we had not
rung,threw the keys at us and disappeared.VERY POOR NEVER AGAIN.

Brilliant service , no queue, no " look for your car in tow ? . It was so easy ,preferable to other parking services. And you can drop your luggage off first at the terminal before you park .definitely use Azure again

Amazing service, especially as I had car starting difficulties and had to be low loaded all the way home to Abergavenny. Cruise Azure staff were so friendly and patient and could not have done anymore. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back, if you'll have me! Thanks five star!

Great service, no hassle. Car picked up as we arrived and there when we returned from our cruise. What more could you ask for. Will definitely use this company again.

We used CruiseAzureParking for the first time instead of CPS to cruise from Southampton and they were faultless. Really easy to book and contact by phone. The main difference was that there was absolutely no queuing (we’ve waited in the car for over an hour with CPS), simply drove straight in, dropped the car off and joined the queue for the ship in minutes. Exactly the same on return even though we were significantly earlier than anticipated. Fantastic service, will definitely be using them again and would 100% recommend them.

Used Cruise Azure parking for the first time. Can’t fault the service at all. Easy efficient booking. Dropped off luggage then drove into short stay car park to the flag. Courteous staff well organised. Collect keys on return from the blue flag and car was waiting for us. Well done Cruise Azure and thank you.

Easy to book online, clear instructions. Car drop off and pick up at the terminal at Southampton. Car parked 3 miles from port by Azure. Absolutely no problems.

Very good parking easy to find my car was looked after very well and was parked in the same spot when I picked it up very easy hand overall good experience will definitely use again

I've used them multiple times. Very efficient and friendly. The process of leaving/collection of your car is excellent with clear instructions even an online video showing where to go.
