Frankly I had no problem with this place. We arrived and called them. They told us where to park the car. We told them we need the Horizon cruise depot and within 15 minutes a taxi was there to take us.
On the way back, we left the cruise and called the company. Kumar was there in 10-15 minutes. Everything about it was perfect.
Beware of Dolphin Parking
Arrived at terminal to be told that Dolphin were in arrears with the people who move the cars to the compound and I had to pay for another company. I think this company should be avoided at all costs
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
We called to get the driver to meet us, no answer, we called the second number, no answer- we called over 50 times- we then booked another company as we were likely to miss our flight, however it was the same numbers we had for dolphin. So we then had 2 bookings for car parks and no one answering. We found parking elsewhere but had to pay an extortionate amount. I am trying to get a refund but guess what??? No answer from the calls, email or the chat on the website!!!

Great company dropped us off when they said they would, picked us up when they said they would. Car was secure for the two weeks.
As we had the keys throughout our cruise I’m surprised at some of the reviews saying their car had been moved around while they were away. I suspect these are fake reviews.
Cowboy company - Avoid at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs.
On departure date followed instructions and rang about 25 minutes prior to arrival and as requested parked in short stay car park. Nobody there to meet us, rang number given to be told there was no record of my booking. Provided screenshot of booking and was told driver would be there in 5-6 minutes. Eventually arrived 45-50 minutes after our arrival and took 19 phone calls . most of which were either unanswered and went to voicemail, before finally someone turned up who couldn't see the issue. Having to pay the car park charge this obviously resulted in me having to pay a lot more to drop off than I should have.
When we returned the instructions were to ring when we landed, which I did, and then when I collected bags. When I did this I was told that instead of meeting where I'd dropped off, in the covered car park, we were to meet at the departures drop off area (which at LHR is not permitted) and is outside, so having just flown in from abroad we found ourselves having to wait in the cold and rain for our car to arrive , which again we had to keep chasing up. I questioned this with the extremely rude driver and he said it was because there was a queue to get into the car park so it was easier for him to drop off at departures.
A brilliant service to start and end our cruise.
Following instructions from the company we phoned 30 mins ahead of arrival and when we got there the driver was waiting. He directed us to the parking area within the multi storey car park and followed us in to collect our luggage which he cheerfully transferred from our boot to the minibus. A short drive to the port where he again unloaded luggage. On returning to Southampton we phoned as requested about 45 mins prior to disembarking, and once we got our luggage phoned again and were given the registration number of our vehicle. While looking for it (in the wrong lane) our driver rang to say which lane he was in. After he loaded our luggage it was back to the car park where he loaded our luggage in to our boot. I can honestly say both drivers were very friendly and extremely helpful. All in all a perfect service which I can highly recommend. Thank you.
PS. Having read my review and others they are very mixed. I guess we were 'lucky' but I couldn't fault our service.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY OR APPLE PARKING..
I would give no stars if I could. They are diabolical, rude and offensive. I booked through Airport Parking Deals who are just as bad. I phoned 4 times before getting to Terminal 4 - left voicemails. No-one at meet&greet area when I arrived. Other operatives hadn't heard of them. I couldn't wait any longer so took my car to longstay car park. They eventually phoned asking where I was, they expected me to leave key on ledge in car park so they could go and get my car!?!? I tol them I would be claiming excess parking charges from them. But hey guess what, do you think I can find out any contact details for any of these conmen. DO NOT USE.
Easy taxi experience to cruise terminal
Was a bit concerned after reading so many bad reviews, but we had no issues at all. Rang in advance as requested, parked up at the back of the car park following the cruise parking signs, and had to wait probably 20 minutes for the taxi, but this was no issue in reality, still arrived at the cruise terminal well ahead of schedule.
On the return trip I rang them before disembarkation, and they told me to ring again once outside the terminal building, which I did. We waited probably 5 minutes and then were picked up by the same guy who had dropped us off.
I think on their website they don't give an accurate description of what to expect, which could be why there are so many negative reviews. For example, no one directed us where to park, there was no one waiting for us at the car park, etc. But in reality you could wait by your car in the car park, but we weren't sure about this so waited outside the car park by the entrance. There were taxi vans coming and going all the time and we asked the driver of one, who checked his list and told us the next one would be for us, which it was.

After parking the car was waiting for 45 mins , after disembarking the cruise ship ,I couldn't get through on the phone and ended up getting a taxi myself. . Avoid unless you want hassle and stress.

Firstly they were 45minutes late collecting the car for the park and ride at Heathrow airport, not ideal when you are catching a flight.
Then they used my car whist I was away on holiday, without permission , to drive to and from Wellbeck Road, Harrow HA2 ORK. Fortunately, I have a car app so was able to see where and when my car was being taken. I phoned to complain, they were very rude and complained we were using their personal phone number. I mean the cheek, it’s laughable!!
Save yourself the hassle, just don’t use.

I have a reason to leave a review on this site platform. We booked our parking through comparemyparking.co.uk website and later I was pointed out about the concerning reviews in trustpilot but the Google ratings seems to be higher than trustpilot. I went through both reviews and got some idea.
On the day of the arrival I found the service and the drivers were friendly. Once we are back to home after the holiday we got the review request and found that they only sent the request for Google review. This made me realise why the rating is very low. So I thought it's better I show some good response to the service they offered

I initially found it difficult to find the car park as it was just a public multi story, which I wasn’t expecting. The mini bus did pick me up eventually (after about 20 minutes) and the driver was really lovely. This is why I have scored them 2 stars and not 1.
The return journey was a complete different story! I phoned 40 minutes before disembarking as requested only to be told to ring again once I had disembarked, which I did. I then waited another hour, phoning regularly only to be told ‘ they will be there in 10 minutes’. After an hour I gave up and took an independent taxi back to the car park which cost me £16.50. The taxi driver told me that this company are notorious locally for bad service, they dont actually have any drivers of their own and outsource pick ups and drop offs to local taxi companies. The problem is they leave the customers waiting so long many give up and arrange alternative transport, which is what I did and having now read other reviews it happens regularly.
A driver did actually contact me eventually after about 90 minutes to say they had been delayed because the toll bridge back to the car park was closed. An absolute lie as I had just been driven over it!

Would not recommend at all. Completely chaotic service that doesn’t work. Waited over 45 minutes with countless promises of someone would be with us in 10 mins. Made our own way in the end and due to our poor experience we made our own way on the return journey as well.

On arrival had to wait 1 hour for a pickup from cruise terminal, totally disorganised and many frustrated people.
Basically a man and a van with a few spaces reserved in a multistorey. No signage and needed constant management to get sorted, limited support

Great parking experience
Excellent communication throughout the process. Good value for money. Easy to locate carpark. Friendly and efficient driver to and from the port. Would highly recommend for a hassle free parking experience at Southampton docks.

I paid to park with them for 12 days in November.Told to ring before getting to the car park and when there for somebody to meet us . Rang numerous times with no answer, nobody at the car park . Panic to find alternative parking at the last minute. When we got home they did answer the phone and agreed to refund the money , they didn’t and haven’t answered the phone since.

Do not use. Arrived and taken to port. However on return no taxi available he had conveniently broken down. Told to get a taxi at the port and to forward the receipt. No response, email keeps bouncing back. Reported to council.

On arrival at the carpark we had to wait 55 mins to be collected. .( Driver did explain there were road closures and terrible traffic. It did take quite a time to get to ship). It was cold and wet and we were very disappointed and unsure re service for our arrival 14 days later
Everything was perfect! We were 30 mins earlier than booked but transport was there within 12 mins of collecting our bags. Very quick transit to car park.
Return was 5 stars but only 2 for inward.
Nobody to greet us
I turned up at the car park in Southampton and nobody was there to greet me. Called the number given to me about ten times and nobody answered. Had to leave my car in the car parked and book a Uber, not knowing if the parking was paid for. Do not use this company. It made the start to my holiday so stressful
