Another great visit to this store! I am so impressed with the new stock, the team are very knowledgeable. A special mention to Hanna she really did go out of her way for me after struggling to get the coat I wanted online i felt a bit frustrated. I went into store, and Hanna took the time to talk to me about what kind of coat I wanted, she talked me through the rab jackets and helped me with style and trying on different brands to find one that was best. It almost felt like a personal shopper experience so thank you Hanna you really brightened my day.
