The worker (Jess) was really helpful and went out of her way to get us what we needed and always had a smile on her face

I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. First time visiting the Isle of Man and the team are most accommodating and are always on hand to help! Special mention to Hanna she has great knowledge and she took the time to help me pick and decide on a cost after my waterproof coat of 5 years finally gave up! She was extremely helpful!! Thank you Hanna and the rest of the team I’ll look forward to my next visit. Extract marks for sharing the same name sorry Thank you!

I went into the store without a lot of knowledge about what I needed and was met by a lovely gentleman, Shane. He knew exactly what was needed and further information about the product I chose. An absolute credit to the company.

Visited this store on 2nd March and felt I had to give a review.
Firstly I went into the store the store was very clean and well set out was greeted by friendly staff but left alone to browse.
I wasn't sure about the product I was buying to I asked for advise from Hanna wow how knowledgeable is this lady she went above and beyond to make sure I bought the product best suited to my needs,being disabled this mean a lot. Hanna is defo a valued asset to the store and company.
Well done Hanna I will be back without hesitation if I need anything else.

Went to the store not knowing much but spoke to Hanna at the store and she couldn’t be more helpful! Knows so much and so friendly! Wouldn’t definitely go back here!

Had a brilliant experience in store. I had so many questions about hiking, and what is best for this type of weather (island weather is very unpredictable) - Hanna had nothing but time for me and explained what shoes are best, if I wanted boots or shoes, what the soles are used for, if it was for trail running or fell running. She had so much knowledge and I will be back! What an asset to the company.

Had a really helpful experience by Hanna today she was so chatty and had so much knowledge on camping and being outdoors. I had never been camping before so really needed the help and I 100% got that help via Hanna, amazing customer service and what a lovely girl she is! Another great visit to this store! I am so impressed with the new stock, the team are very knowledgeable. A special mention to Hanna she really did go out of her way for me after struggling to get the coat I wanted online i felt a bit frustrated. I went into store, and Hanna took the time to talk to me about what kind of coat I wanted, she talked me through the rab jackets and helped me with style and trying on different brands to find one that was best. It almost felt like a personal shopper experience so thank you Hanna you really brightened my day.

Attentive and good customer service

I wanted to buy some hiking boots. There was a good range of products to choose from, but I am leaving this review to praise the excellent customer service I received.

The member of staff who served me was friendly, knowledgable and patient with me while I tried on several pairs of boots. They were engaging and attentive without being overbearing or pushy in any way. They helped me to reach a decision I felt happy with and I’m very pleased with the pair of boots I ended up taking home with me.

Fantastic service with lovely staff. The app has stopped working so I braved the shop and found that the store in Douglas is brilliant.

Hanna was really helpful and told us about the new stock that would be in a few weeks time, which I'm very interested in

Staff are very handy and very kind, they always seem so happy to give me their experiences to buy anything I need for my grand children for DOE, activity. When we bought anything we never had a problem with the thing on DofE expedition, staff advise is always accurate. I would recommend this store to anyone doing DofE, and not only.
Every one who is doing any outdoor activity as well.

very good store,the staff are very kind and helpful when it comes to equipment,would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for anything out doors even if it's just a jumper to somthing like a rucksack. Also extreamly usefull for anyone doing DEO like me they know exactly what they talk abt and will make your expirience amazing. 10/10 recommend visiting

We were greeted as soon as we entered the shop. I said I just wanted to look at the boots. The lad said I will come see you in 5 minutes to see if you need any help. He came to see me
