I came into go out doors to do some…
I came into go out doors to do some shopping for my granddaughter, the staff were incredibly rude and were unpleasant to talk to. Aswell as that they would group together to talk and leave customers to their selves. And when I do eventually get help the staff were very uninformed making it hard to pick a nice coat it’s terrible know , i believe that the old millets where better as that the staff were knowledgeable as well as kind and polite.

Hannah was so incredibly rude to me with my query on the till. She was unhelpful and snarky when it came to dealing with me and had no interest in explaining anything to me. The query was given to someone else who explained the discount had been put on but by this point I still felt completely unhelped. I have rang customer services who have been unable to help me
