Brandon saved the day
Initially we were not given any assistance and waited whilst a female assistant was helping another customer. After 10 minutes or so my husband sought another assistant who located the other walking shoe we requested, then "disappeared." I was about to give up when an extremely helpful man, Brandon came to our aid. He was more than willing to offer advice and help and nothing was too much trouble. He gave us a five star service!

I needed boots
I needed boots, trousers etc. Started with the walking boots and as I saw my options I immediately called for help. So many boots to chose from. Jack didn't hesitate to explain all differences and got my size to try a few different boots. Jack gave me fabulous advice. I was able to decide on boots, trousers etc. I will be back for more equipment needed.

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. We were buying walking boots and socks and the staff member who assisted us, who i think was the manager that day, was very helpful, gave useful advice and was patient and polite.
We are also pleased with the products purchased.

Great customer service and value for money.
Second time using this store to buy a rucksack. I was helped by Shane who really looked after me and helped me to pick out a good value rucksack with the requirements I needed aand thanks to a suggestion he made, I have created the perfect solution to secure my collapsible walking stick into the rucksack to minimise the risk of my losing it while travelling. I would highly recommend this store for staff friendliness, knowledge of stock and being able to think out of the box.

Great shopping experience
We had a great experience with Jessica M yesterday. She was really friendly and helpful while we were choosing sandals for our daughter. She was also very good with Ciara, who loves her new sandals! It is our first time in the Isle of Man and we had a chat with her about what it's like to live there. Overall a great experience. Thanks Jessica!
