When looking at buying a new pair of trail shoe i was provided with excellent service from Alfie. He provided great knowledge on the Merrell footwear and when i was unsure of the correct size he provided some socks which i could use to compensate for a thicker walking sock.

Excellent service from Shane today and his lovely colleague (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) who helped me to find a great pair of walking boots. It was refreshing to see so many women’s options available for my size 8 feet. Shane was very happy for me to try them all on and then kindly put back the ones I didn’t want. So lovely to see members of staff that are not only knowledgeable but have plenty of time for you too. Truly excellent customer service and products. Thank you.

Great customer service
Went in to buy hiking boots. Brandon was so helpful. He took time to check exactly what terrain and things I wanted to use them for, and checked various brands and treds for me. Great advice on what was best for alps, snow, comfort etc. I ended up buying a pair that I would not normally look at, and they have been so comfortable and warm so far. Will be testing in the snow soon. Thanks for all your help.

Shane was great
I got great help from Shane and he was very knowledgeable and very welcoming he had a queue at the till but he didn’t rush, took his time and no one got frustrated, I would recommend this store to all wanting an amazing happy and welcoming experience.
