I can't believe this is a real company. the onboarding process took 1 hour 20 mins, asking daft questions like ... so a year ago, when you damaged your hand opening a jar, what was the weather like outside? I could barely understand a word the person onboarding me said, they called me Dave at one point, even though thats not my name, then ultimately said we have rejected the claim. I mean, just send me a text, would never dream of using this shower ever the most unprofessional company I have ever come across
