Slater & Gordon offer ‘car finance claims’ following the widespread publicity of finance irregularities in the motor industry.
I signed up almost 12 months ago and have received some updated contact from them since.
Their initial email, to sign up, was 35 pages long without, I could not find, any mention of what they were representing me for. A solicitor colleague could not find it either.
However, in all those emails not one identifies what they are representing me for, ie date, vehicle, dealership and value.
They have not replied.
Since then I have repeatedly asked them but still without response.
I realise that I have signed for them to represent me in this matter but without their response/information I need to consider parting company.
I would like them to contact me with the details I have requested.
