Received item damaged and they made me…

Received item damaged and they made me wait in on 3 different days for collection that I was told was arranged but wasn’t. The customer care was awful and would not send a replacement until they got the damaged one back which was way too long.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the inconvenience caused.

The collections were arranged for your requested dates with DX, however we understand there were delays in them contacting you to confirm, which we sincerely apologise for. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to wait in on multiple occasions.

As requested, a full refund was issued on 5th March. We’re sorry we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
