PureGym staff must be working overtime getting their mates to drop five-star reviews. Nine in a few days? Bit obvious what’s going on there.

I’ve been at Holloway for 8 years—back around 2020 it was actually a solid gym. Good vibes, friendly staff, people actually cared. Now it’s gone downhill.

Some PTs (not all) seem more interested in taking money than helping. General manager doesn’t even nod when you walk in. Nia—yeah she’s young and learning—but there’s barely any proper guidance, just a lot of sitting on machines chatting with clients, especially on Fridays.

And Cem… always acting like he owns the place, slamming weights every session. Proper annoying when you’re just trying to train.

Not even my situation, but I feel for my friend who’s been dealing with bullying and harassment here. Told her not to leave—this needs sorting properly, and she’s got people backing her.
