Five star Beth

I had been allocated Slater and Gordon when the previous law firm just suddenly stopped representing me. This was back in 2020.

Over the years I complained a lot. Mainly at the level of service, or the lack of it. The case handlers (and there were quite a few) all sing a good tune once they start then I would find myself chasing handlers/forms etc. It was really hard frustrating work. I complained to the CEO directly regarding the lack on communication a number of times. To be fair he always replied and then the case would go forward then back to the usual poor standards.

Then one day it changed. Beth Mackay a team leader got in touch. For a while I was apprehensive it would just go back to the norm. It did not. This lady kept me informed, answered queries and was so helpful. She chased up the case and with the help from Ryan Ellis the case/claim was settled. Finally.

I would give Beth and Ryan 5 stars personally but the last five years dealing with the company were not great.

They are both a credit to the company and I hope other solicitors/case handlers learn from them how to conduct themselves when representing clients.
