Unbelievably terrible experience with…

Unbelievably terrible experience with this company despite raising complaints. Complaints/resolutions team just direct you back to the handlers who do not communicate and are extremely slow at getting things done. My clam involves an accident that took place in 2023 and the claim is still ongoing in 2026!! There are no major disputes with liability and the third party have made some offers. I even decided to accept an offer that is lower than the recommended amount, just so that I can conclude the matter and not have to deal with NAL anymore. Communication and professionalism is extremely bad. Very slow at getting this done. Had I known I would have never chosen this company- so I absolutely DO NOT recommend. I’ve accepted an offer and still chasing the handler to respond and finalise things- terrible and quite traumatic experience!
