Whilst rarely leaving reviews, I thought it appropriate to commend Thornley Groves (and, in particular, Owain Lacey, my immediate property manager contact and with specific reference to their managed lettings service) for the service they have provided to me.
From my point of view, it is fair to say that the letting experience has improved since "homes4u" was absorbed into Thornley Groves. The business is efficient and well run and all the staff with whom I have had direct contact have been both polite and helpful. I would recommend their services as I believe they operate in an honest manner to the benefit of both tenants and landlords (not something one would always say about agents!).
