I currently have Jessica Poland as my case handler I have gone through a few file handlers as my case has gone through many stages, I can honestly say Jessica is the most caring and informative case handler I have had, I feel like already she has gone above and beyond her job role letting me offload and just purely being there and understanding how hard this is, her voice is so calming and I truly feel heard, I am almost two years in to my journey with fletchers it has been hard but with the support I have had from fletchers mainly Jessica has been so helpful, I’m unsure as of yet of the outcome of my case and Jessica has been open and honest with me throughout, thank you for supporting me along this tough journey
