Update got a email from BG stating lies, was emailing for days arranging a free estimate but was treated miserably, hence the use of trustpilot. Sent BG a screenshot, 19 emails to try and sort.
Was emailing operative GS, arranged an appointment for today, no show & when emailed GS she replied sorry & she could offer a quote over the phone.
Total shambles of a company & waste of my time.
