I've been taking the Geeks nutrition for just a couple of weeks so feel its probably too early to tell if its doing what it says it will do. The communication and delivery were excellent.

I won't be buying from this company again. My order was placed in January 26 and I still haven't received it. Tracking has twice said its cleared customs then its going nowhere. Obviously dodgy co.

I have been trying to book a Neko Body Scan for months. They tell me I'm on the wait list but can't give any dates. The communication is terrible. You can't telephone as it comes up with "All our operators are busy at the moment" and then nothing. E mail didn't work. Having read the reviews I'm not going to bother. They won't survive as company if they give such poor service.

If it looks too good to be true then it probably is. This is a scam company. I have just ordered a kitchenaid mixer but when I pressed the picture it took me to what looked like the Costco website. I am a member of this company but when I entered my email address and password it didn't recognise them. Normally when you place an order with Costco you immediately get an email confirmation. No confirmation was forthcoming. Ive had to freeze my card that I supposedly paid with and wait for another to arrive. Shameful. I should know better.
Why do these people do this. I've had confirmation emails from them saying to expect delivery on 3 Sept. 2025 but it didn't happen. Ordered an air fryer which I thought the price was too good to be true and it was ! It all looks very legit. Tracking link given etc. I have been in touch with my bank this morning and, thankfully, I paid with my Visa card. I see they've credited the amount back to me without any communication that I wasn't going to get the Air Fryer. I suppose the important thing is to get my money back but what a shame these people can't make an honest living by being truthful.
