I attended your Colmore Row clinic on 11/02/26 and initially received a good service. The scan itself was carried out professionally and my results showed a low CRP.
However, the follow-up has been completely unacceptable.
I contacted your clinic yesterday to arrange repeat blood tests. There is no proper landline, only a mobile number, which already raises concerns about accessibility. I spoke to a member of staff, provided my details, and was told I would receive a call back. That never happened. It is now day two and I have still had no response.
For a healthcare provider, this level of disregard is extremely concerning. It gives the clear impression that once payment has been taken, patients are no longer a priority. Follow-up care is not optional in this field — it is essential.
I will now be taking my business elsewhere. Frankly, this has been a waste of money and a very poor reflection on your service standards.
I would strongly suggest you review your follow-up procedures, as this level of service will damage your reputation.

Ana guided me through my tests and explained each stage clearly to me. Dr Singh gave me my results and highlighted what I should focus on. I am very pleased with my results, it’s has given me peace of mind that I am making the right changes to my lifestyle, after slightly concerning blood tests last year.
The whole process took about 50 minutes, I would definitely recommend Neko.

I felt compelled to write a review after my experience in Birmingham. I was surprised by the other negative reviews I have seen. With the comments about paying up front I have had to do that with other health assessments as the norm.
I usually go for traditional health assessments, but decided to try Neko Health after seeing an advert—and I’m so glad I did. The whole process was professional, thorough, and clearly explained throughout.
I especially liked how all results were available immediately, followed by a GP review with personalised recommendations. Any additional concerns were referred on for further specialist input, which was very reassuring.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neko Health to friends and family—an excellent option for preventative health screening.

It's just an expensive blood pressure and basic blood test. The dertmatology test is a swindle too - there is not ability to compare resulst in a years time and the physical exam but questionable. Just go to your GP - this is a wate of your money

I recently visited Neko Health at the Spitalfields clinic and had a really excellent experience from start to finish.
The whole process was extremely smooth, professional, and well organised. Both the nurse and the doctor I saw were lovely, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed and they made the entire appointment feel comfortable and informative.
What really impressed me was how comprehensive the testing was. They checked a huge range of health markers and used some very advanced technology, which gave me a much better understanding of my overall health. The results were explained in detail and I left feeling much more informed and reassured.
I was honestly surprised to see some negative reviews because my experience was the complete opposite. For me, the service was excellent and absolutely worth the money considering how thorough the assessment is.
I waited about a year for my first appointment, but it was completely worth it. In fact, I’ve already booked my next check for next year and I’m genuinely looking forward to going back.
Overall, I would highly recommend Neko Health to anyone who wants a detailed and proactive health check.

I waited patiently on the wait list for around 6 months, was thrilled when I could book my appointment.
The whole process was amazing at Covent Garden branch, nurse was lovely and Dr was great. Completed some futuristic scans which were comfortable.
Dr explained each result and what I could do to improve them.
Fab I will be booking next year!!

Glorified and expensive GP visit moles mapping and blood works, AVOID!!! bad impersonal service, people coming and going as if you were in one of those sci-fi movie labs, they make you strip in freezing temperatures, making the whole experience unbearable. As per the results, I wouldn’t be too sure about their accuracy. £300 in the bin!

I recently used Neko Health and, unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences I’ve had.
For £300, the appointment lasted roughly 30 minutes and consisted mainly of basic checks: blood test, blood pressure, temperature, EKG and standard measurements things that can easily be done through a GP or some even at home. While the body imaging sounds impressive in theory, in practice it did not feel thorough or clinically meaningful.
The service promises advanced, comprehensive scanning and deep health insights. However, the outcome was simply being told by a GP that if anything appears concerning, you should follow up with a dermatologist or another specialist. There was no in-depth diagnostic support, no detailed interpretation beyond surface-level observations, and certainly no “full body scan” reassurance as implied in the marketing.
For £299, I expected something far more comprehensive and clinically useful. Instead, it felt like an expensive screening package without real diagnostic depth.
In my view, the value for money simply isn’t there. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

I'm surprised at all of the negative reviews. I found the booking process straightforward but clearly a lot of people are objecting to how it works and maybe as a business they can respond to that - they are clearly trying to arrange some hype around availability and this would easily be addressed by simply allowing people to book slots as they are available. In terms of the actual service, I thought it was excellent value for money, worth it for the skin mapping alone in my view and I immediately rebooked for next year.

I have been trying to book a Neko Body Scan for months. They tell me I'm on the wait list but can't give any dates. The communication is terrible. You can't telephone as it comes up with "All our operators are busy at the moment" and then nothing. E mail didn't work.
Having read the reviews I'm not going to bother. They won't survive as company if they give such poor service.

Like many other reviews, Neko have taken my payment of £299, but once payment is received, there are no slots available to book the scan, from Feb to August...so basically they are using people's cash to fund their operations. I'm trying to get my money back now.

Second year of using Neko. Again, brilliant experience throughout. Fast responses on email when I needed to adjust the date. Medical screening on the day was excellent. Doctor was extremely thorough and gave me as much time as I needed. Light years ahead of anything I’ve had under company private healthcare screening and / or NHS. Others have commented about Neko having your data. Not sure this is an issue as long as it is used for my benefit or in an anonymous manner and for the greater good of spotting health trends across the population. I’ve signed up for a third screening in a further year’s time.

I was a bit reluctant to book a Neko health scan after reading the reviews on here, but I am glad I did. The scan was done very efficiently and the results were clearly presented by the doctor. My ECG showed some anomalies which meant that I was referred for an echocardiogram at no additional cost. I was called by a consultant cardiologist who explained their findings clearly and answered all my questions. After the test I have taken some other proactive steps to improve my health.

Abysmal service. I'm still awaiting a call back 6 days later as they could not take my bloods so full assessment was not completed at the cost of £299. I have emailed on numerous occasions and text the number provided requesting a refund yet I have had no response therefore having to request a charge back through my bank. Quick to take your money then they disappear with no communication method other than a generic email address you never get a response from .Also they do nothing your GP can't do for free.

Is a complete scam , they ask you when booking to share the link to 5 friends and you cannot get even on the waiting list if the 5 friends are completing their also journey to another 5 friends and so on. A complete scam to get your personal data and to share their product to more people , is just market strategy on their customers patience. A star is a lot , I would give 0 stars as I know is just a data colection process. They called themself a medical device testing provider it's a shame for industry !
