I have not had the Neko body scan as yet so cannot comment of that.
I did however join the waiting list last September and waited patiently until 3 days ago ( end of June 2025 ) when I received a text to say appointments would be available the next day at the precise time of 13.09, also giving me a heads up that the appointments sell out quickly so to be sure to book asap.
Wierd?! I thought so. Anyway I dutifully set my alarm and googled Neko reviews but could see no mention of anything negative although all the reviews I did read were from newspapers such as The Indépendant or the Guardian so I presume these were given as free advertising but I could be wrong.
Anyway next day comes and I begin to book an appointment but am quickly made aware that payment must be made in full before being shown any availability for an appointment.
Now I live in Dorset, three and a half hours from central London. Getting to the clinic and home will entail a long day of travel. I have a demanding work schedule and am paid a miserable wage for long hours therefore I am not about to throw £300 down the drain for an unacceptable time slot.
I emailed Neko from their contact us page and have no so far had a reply.
I have had another text to tell me to hurry as I have a limited time to book and reserved slots can only be held for 24 hours.
I looked at the website and it advised that if I here are any problems to reply to any of the text messages.
I did this but the text is not delivered meaning this is not a two way conversation.
I did see another Google question asking why the need to pay before booking but the answer was an indirect one circulating back to the cost being used to provide a state of the art service etc
Well I guess I won’t be getting the scan I have been waiting almost 10 months for and with the service I have received and the negative reviews I have read on good old Trust pilot I am okay with that.

Inaccurate results. They told me I am type 2 diabetes which I am not. It just happened that I had blood tests a few days ago, and did not fall in that category, nor did I when blood test repeated a couple of months later. Very state of the art place, whisked through in 20 mins. Waste of money in my view, but to be fair they refunded because of the faulty diabetes test. You are pressured to rebook another test for the following year to get 'priority'.

Really designed for young "trendies" and not for older people. Everything is done via an app on a smartphone. I don't have a smartphone. They did let me bring ID and they've said they will send me my records, but I do feel I'm being discriminated against and not getting the full treatment. They take your shoes when you arrive and give you horrible plastic "slides" which aren't the easist to walk in if you're not in your 20s (I took mine off). The place is in a deep, deep basement with no natural light. I feel very sorry for the people working there. For somewhere that is supposed to be dedicated to health it's a very unhealthy environment. They also played relaxing "jazz" music which was jarring. So, interesting concept but it felt very much like a conveyor belt and the asthetic sucked.

Finally had the health check appointment today and I was very impressed. Yes it’s the sort of tests that your GP should be doing but it includes more than that. Also the way they take some of the data pointers is more advanced than my GP. Add in the immediate turnaround in blood results and other results and the chat with their doctor and I think it’s a pretty good value service. I’d definitely go again. I would recommend.
I also found the staff to be professional and friendly.

Slick operation very professional.
Sadly, I had a couple of anomalies ie white coat blood pressure and they refused to do a second reading which would only have taken a couple of minutes. This throws out the entire conclusion and any baseline for the future. After waiting many months, I was really disappointed. Hard to recommend even for the worried well

Is this company, trying to copy my Body, and reincarnate me, when i die? how much can it cozt___ PS; I got a lot of memories, they are dizorganized thou.

The doctor was sarcastic and intrusive. The assessment started 20 minutes late. Employees were laughing and chatting behind the walls before the start. The scripted explanations about the ongoing procedure were mostly confusing. The debriefing was lackluster. No actionable data was provided for home use compared to what had been collected. There was no real dialogue. The labyrinthine architecture was disorienting.
