I'm surprised at all of the negative reviews. I found the booking process straightforward but clearly a lot of people are objecting to how it works and maybe as a business they can respond to that - they are clearly trying to arrange some hype around availability and this would easily be addressed by simply allowing people to book slots as they are available. In terms of the actual service, I thought it was excellent value for money, worth it for the skin mapping alone in my view and I immediately rebooked for next year.

My son rented a shared house via Countrywide's "Finder Keepers" brand for his second year at university. He dropped out and didn't actually stay in the property and yet they have retained 53% of his deposit for alleged damage. They also retained 45% on average of his co-tenants deposits. The actual quantum is too small (£407 deducted) to make it worth taking legal action but it leaves a very nasty taste in the mouth and I will certainly ensure that I and my family (and the friends that I will let know) will never use Countrywide or any of their brands.

I'm a fairly regular customer of Berwick Shellfish - I find their lobster to be as good as I've had anywhere and reasonably priced. They recently got an order wrong and resolved it simply with one phone call.

Truly dreadful customer service from a company that only sells high end luxury goods. I purchased some jeans that ripped due to a fault and a return was arranged, so far so good - customer service was patchy but OK.

Good were collected in December (obviously trackable as DHL) and I have only been refunded today nearly three months later despite wasting a huge amount of my time chasing up the refund.

A truly dreadful customer experience - I would never use them again and have actually taken the time to share the experience with friends and family as wouldn't wish for anyone else to use this company who treats their customers so poorly.

I've been using King Crab for a while now and really rate the fresh whole turbot as well as the frozen items. Very responsive customer service too. Would highly recommend for anyone who loves fish & seafood.

Truly excellent lobster. I'd like to think I'm a reasonable judge of shellfish (at the very least I'm experienced...) and having had lobsters from berwick Shellfish on two occasions now I would say they are as good as it gets. I'll be a regular customer from here on, particularly given the excellent value also.

I'm based in Spain so often shipping from the UK takes a while. My items turned up very quickly and were exactly as expected. Will use again.

Whilst the quality obviously isn't like an Armani or top brand, the value for money is exceptional.
