I attend ormesby practice as an NHS patient. A recent infection resulted in me needing a root canal filling. Hanna explained all options available and proceeded to treat me as was my choice. The temporary filling settled after a few days and when I went back the permanent fix was done with little discomfort and no after pain. I was made to feel comfortable at all times and although a trip to the dentist is never looked forward too, it was a good experience. Thankyou Hanna and staff.

Competitive price, easy to use website, all set up quickly. Hopefully we will never need to test their claim response. Feedback looks positive. Hopefully next year's premium will be Competitive too.

I was able to get an emergency appointment the same day after experiencing agonising tooth and jaw ache. Treatment was swift and currently ongoing. Waiting to see my response to antibiotics for the infection. If a replacement tooth is required options have been discussed. All staff were kind and supportive, ensuring I understood properly the procedures required.

Delivered next day. Extended warranty already activated. Already washed one carpet and armchair. Impressed at how quickly they dry. Machine is easy to clean after use. Only down side is the size of the machine, I haven't decided yet where I will store it. It's quite big, so won't fit in any of the cupboards I had thought of, currently standing in the corner of the kitchen.

Ryan was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I found the nutrition information very enlightening and have tweaked my dietary habits to incorporate some of his suggestions. They were useful to both me and my diabetic husband, who didnt attend. The exercise class has improved my stability and flexibility. At no time was I pressurised to go beyond my physical capabilities, but Ryan encouraged you to reach your potential. He was knowledgeable and understanding of physical conditions. My weight loss was not immense, but lost two inches off my waist and am now able to move more easily.

Easy to use, good selection of options. Not always the cheapest is the best, but you can check all on offer, saved us more than £120 for the year.

Despite paying for express delivery the parcel was late arriving, meaning i was unable to give as a present on a family visit. However customer services refunded the postage and I was able to send the parcel on by next day delivery. It has now been received and was a good fit. Disappointing initially, but resolution was prompt and acceptable.

Ordered a new fridge when our old one suddenly stopped working, then bizarrely the old fridge began working again. Hughes very pleasantly cancelled our order and refunded the full amount. The experience was hassle free and as they were by far the cheapest supplier, I will definitely use them again. Top marks for customer service.

The cupboard was delivered quickly and earlier than tracking indicated. I was able to put it together almost single handed, just needing hubby to help putting the doors on as it was difficult, but not impossible to hold the door in place and screw the hinges on. The cupboard was the only one I found to fit the small space in our bathroom, but is just what is needed to store cleaning bottles etc., in the bathroom. It is sturdier than I expected. Very pleased with its appearance.
