My only criticism with Confused is that it offers rewards, including £20 e gift cards. To date I have not been able to choose mine

Very difficult to contact re policy changes. I spent about half an hour trying to get through by phone in an attempt to add another driver, before giving up. I then tried the chatbot, put in much detail, was connected to a (possible) human being and then disconnected. The same thing then happened again. Another wasted half an hour. Finally managed on the phone. I should be reluctant to purchase their insurance again, when a more helpful and prompt system would have saved much time and frustration. They would also have charged £25.00 to make a change on line.

All done online very easy to navigate and set up my account and print my documents. The price was good too I saved around £120 per year, better than last years quote! Great service by The AA Insurance and Money Supermarket, thank you for all your help!

It was very easy getting my insurance application done on line . I was with another insurance company for around 20 years and decided to change as it was very expensive and so glad your quote was half the price of theirs with more benefits.
